Comments: purchased because of price.after receiving it and installing unit, unit would not play DVD & Ipod would cause my touch screen to lock/freeze up.called bigadealz cust support,advised that i would have to send unit back & they would send it to clarion to be repaired. this was due to me not having the unit "installed" by authorized professional installer. taking it to a pro installer
