I used to use PNY flash drives and they don't even come close to the quality of this one. This one does the job well, has a great design, and looks like it will outlast the other flash drives. Yes, it may cost a few bucks more, but I believe it's worth it. I would definitely buy it again.

This flash drive works fine and it was a great price. I do have one problem with it though. I put it on my key chain, and after about 2-3 days the little green plastic part holding it on broke. Cheap plastic I assume, but it should at least be able to go on a key chain, that's what the little green plastic is there for. It failed its mission. It works great so its not a big deal, but it is not key chain portable.

4 GB for less than $12! You really can't beat that! The Kingston works great from my mac to my pc. Gotta love technology!

I bought the 8GB in anticipation of purchasing a netbook, and I have to say that the only way to improve it would be to make it retractable, rather than having a cap that you KNOW is going to get lost. If speed is of the essence for you, here are some sample transfer times:
Single File, 1.77GB - about 6.5 minutes
Single File, 3.5MB - almost instantly
Multiple Files, 133MB folder - about 1.5 minutes
All my files (graphics, video, MP3, MS Office, etc.) opened and saved just fine, and deleting the above batch took about 30 seconds. Wax on, wax off. Cap it 'n' go. The lightweight, sturdy plastic can go on your keyring, in your pocket or purse, and be there whenever you neeed it. Oh, and NO BLOATWARE. No evil files on your computer! I got mine directly from Amazon with no problems. I highly recommend it!

I've had no problems with this drive at all. The last drive I bought had to be unplugged and then plugged in again at every session or my computer couldn't find it. This one you can plug in once and forget it. It's always there on the desktop. I'd give this product a 5 star rating but I haven't had it long. If no future problems develop I'll be very happy with it.
