Charged battery don't last as claimed. Other than that its a decent phone but little overpriced because of brand.

Panasonic Dect 6.0 Series 3 Handset Cordless Phone System with Answering System (KX-TG1033S)This system was a best buy. Very good quality for the price. My old 9.4 mhz phones had poor sound quality. This is a great deal from amazon. Loved the super saver shipping.

Needed a high quality 3 handset phone to operate on a Voip system within a full computer electonic office building, providing plenty of interferance for all comunication devices. This phone works perfect, in fact it's JUST RIGHT.Panasonic Dect 6.0 Series 3 Handset Cordless Phone System with Answering System (KX-TG1033S)

We've lived with these for a few weeks so now I feel comfortable writing a review. Overall we like this setup, but there are both pros and cons.
Pros:
* Good range.
* Good sound quality (but see Cons for headset performance).
* Takes cheap and easy-to-find standard AAA rechargeable batteries, not a more costly custom battery pack.
Cons:
* Setup and menu system is way more complicated than it needs to be. Fortunately you only need to do the setup once, but it ought to be simpler.
* Headset jack is basically useless -- the other party always says they can barely hear me. I've tried several different headsets, all with the same results. This has been a problem with EVERY Panasonic cordless phone I've owned for many years and seems to be an inherent design flaw common to all of the company's models. (I suspect the input impedance is too low.) Other brands I've owned have not had this problem.
The phone does an excellent job for the things that really matter to a cordless phone -- range, reliability, and sound quality. But I knock off a star for the quirks, especially the headset issues.

We're happy with our new phones and wish we'd gotten one with 4 handsets.
