This mount has been placed in different locations on my dash, both flat and angled. The mount will not move no matter what. Where ever you place it, it will stay put due to the nonskid bottom material. I recommend this mount as it can be placed anywhere without sliding aroung!

Very easy to use, just plop it on the dash. Grab it and stash it when you're done. No tell-tale suction cup marks. All Dashmounted systems, including cell phones, should have one.

I can't imagine anyone wanting to use anything else with their GPS unit. It is so easy to use and if you are stopping somewhere you can have everything out of sight in no time with nothing left on the dashboard to temp anyone to "check" your car for your unit.

This is the third Garmin NUVI Bean Bag Friction Base I have purchased. I was so impressed with the first which I purchased for my use, that I bought two more for each of my daughter's Nuvi 350 units. This is very easy to use and does not leave the tell tale GPS ring on the windshield that the suction cup, to alert thieves that something valuable may be inside the car. The bean bag base stays put and never moves when driving. This item is highly recommended in place of the suction cup.

I bought it for my 2006 Honda Accord. It adheres to the dash well with no slipping. Also, it is easy to place it on the floor when I park so that it won't be stolen. Always seemed like a hassle to do this with the suction cup. Also, no more marks on my windshield.
