This item was recommend to accompany the SimpleTech 350gb external hard drive I purchased. It turned out to be better than I thought. It's hard case protects the HD much better than a soft one. The HD is snug on the inside with very little wasted space and holds the USB cord snugly. It's kool!

The case was illustrated to fit the hard drive I had purchased. The case was too small. Have no use for the case. Your computer was miostaken as presenting this case as a fit for the Iomega drive. Cost not sufficient to spend the time to return this.

I love this case, except for the fact that it is too big for my passport drive. To get an idea on how bit it is, I use this to hold my WD Passport drive, it's cable, my N800, and a couple of USb drives all at once. The case has a solid and well-built feel to it. I use it's size as an advantage to hold more of my stuff. I was a little disappointed at first, but not any more. People who dont have an N800 can put in another Passport too.. Not that they cannot figure that out, but just a thought. I love this case.

This is not as good as its price is and moreover, this is generic case to accommodate various brands. The most annoying part of it is once you "SOME HOW" place your drive inside it, its not easy to pull it out. The Elastic will surely get loosen after few weeks try. I only use it when I know I don't have to use my external drive for a few days. I prefer to let it on my laptop table most of the times. As far as recommendation is concerned, I won't but again it's the matter of choice. I believe if a thing breaks the basic law for a device, it should not be considered. This case is too big to claim it to be pocket-able. So the basic need of having a POCKET-ABLE external HDD gets killed. It comes w/o any case, so you won't be able to send it back.

Great product! big enough to hold two externals. I've got a nexstar on one side and a WD on the other. could hold two WD even easier.
