I have been a Lalah Hathaway fan for years since her debut R&B album. During the years, the course of her career it steered more to Jazz. I do have an appreciation for jazz and her collaberation with Joe Sample was great. This CD revisits her beginning of R & B music without ignoring the jazz influences and her evolving as an artist. This was my first time purchasing Lala's music.. I have fallen in love with this cd. I love every song. The songs are very relaxing and soothing. I encourage everyone to get it...you won't be disappointed..

Soothing sounds of real music! Lalah Hathaway has been one of my favorite artist and as usual, she keeps you satisfied. In my opinion, this is her best work to date. I'm sure you won't be disappointed!
