This stuff is VERY over rated. I took it exactly as directed and it gave me a nice headache. You will NOT feel pumped up all day as they say. I have read MANY reviews for this stuff and they are not very good overall. I may have gotten a slight pump in my arms - but it was SLIGHT. Not worth the money. I can't say it will not work for you, it might. But, i am typical and respond like 90% of other bodybuilders to supplements and their effects. Happy lifting!
