I've gotten this software to work only twice. My hardware and firewall meet the requirements for this product and seem to be set properly. It will not update either. I've tried contacting customer service, however they remain unavailable... Waste of time and money.

This product is misrepresented. You do not get access to local channels, but you get old broadcasts. For example, I bought this hoping to see some NHL playoffs, but the best chance of seeing any games was through CBC sports channels (2 of them). It has been showing the same game every time I check it (Toronto vs. Barrie minor leagues 3-0 in the first period) for the past week!!! The same is true for the other CBC sports channel.
