I love the pilates magic circle--it is great for toning and strength building, and it also helps with controlled movements. The video is a bit outdated, but it is a very helpful guide for the various pilates moves you can do with the ring for stand-alone, reformer, and mat exercises. It introduced a few moves that I had not seen before with the magic circle.

I used this in my first pilates class and had to have one! I love that it has the pads on the inside and outside to maximize it's uses. Highly recommend over pilates rings without the padding!!

I ordered the Pilates Magic Circle at the suggestion of my physical therapist. Originally, the Circle was to strengthen my core as I've been experiencing chronic back and neck pain for months. Using this magic circle at home is a good addition to my pilates classes I take. Easy to use while I watch TV and effective for building muscle strength.
