Have been a big fan of Men's Health for years and was so happy when Women's Health came out.
To me, this is the top "fitness" magazine for women. It's not to shallow, but not like "Good Housekeeping" or something your mother would read.
Definitely some good tips in here. I have found it helpful in changing up my workouts and keeping motivated.
Will it work for you? My suggestion is to get a single issue and check it out before buying a subscription.

There are a lot of magazines out there for women and teens that do not compare to Women's Health. I used to read Teen Vogue, which I always thought was a bit depressing, but since I first picked up an issue of Women's Health, I've been hooked. The magazine is full of good, sane advice, fun articles, and women who strike me as 100% real, healthy, and beautiful. I love this magazine as it can compete with Shape,Self, and others. This magazine is full of exercise and diet tips that are priceless. I love all the above magazines and read them all.
