I bought my first set of speakers at Amazon. They worked great for a day, but then suddenly stopped producing any sounds. I scanned the Internet and the Logitech support forums and found many users complaining about the same problem. Amazing sound for such small speakers. The sound is very clean, very crisp and the connections/wires are non existant....just one USB cord and that's it amazing clean kick a** sound in seconds. Very great buy and very awesome speakers for any laptop or portable device.

I bought this pair of speaker to replace the crappy one in my laptop. It works great. Just plug in to USB port and it is done. It also has top panel to control the volume and mute. The only con thing for all such USB speakers is that you can only use it with a computer, not a portable music player.

These speakers work well with my new Lenovo laptop (with Vista) whose internal speakers are of no use.
Logitech speakers provide good sound and sufficient volume.
I cannot make them work on my another laptop,HP zd8000 (with XP-Pro). They are recognized and installed by Windows, but give no sound.
Oh, well, HP zd8000 has Harman Kardon stereo speakers built in, which are pretty usable.
