I've been using this 4GB Extreme III CF Card in my Sony A300, and have been very happy with its performance. No problems. And when used in conjunction with the SanDisk Extreme USB 2.0 3in1 card reader (# SDDRX3-3IN1-901), download speeds to my PC are LIGHTNING fast!

I definitely recommend this card, especially when paired with the Extreme card reader.

This CF card is fast. Once the buffer is full on my 40D, you don't have to wait too long. Otherwise, the card gets the job done.
