- Really helps find cat barf, urine, and other messes you'd never see
I was really impressed with this light. I turned off the lights and walked around with it and some areas in my home were a mess! Especially by the garbage can in the kitchen and on the thresholds of doors. My entire home has brown tile floor, so it is difficult to find cat barf sometimes if they do it in an out-of-the-way area and it dries. This light lit all the areas up bright as day! My cats decided to pee everywhere except the litter box. I had no idea how bad the problem was until I got this product. The smell should have given it away. The good thing is that I was able to see the spots under the light and treat them with the Spotbot for Pets. It would have been impossible to try and clean without seeing the spots.

This light worked great, I had bought another cheap light after Halloween a few years ago for this purpose but was never happy. This light does all you expect. It does take a lot of batteries and is somewhat clumsy to hold. I would still recommend it to others with pee proplem areas.

My sheltie had 3 accidents within a 2 week period this last spring... we don't know why, but she hasn't done it since, so we think she might not have been feeling well. In any case, I had some carpet to clean with an enzymatic cleaner, and while I knew the general area, I couldn't remember exactly where Zoey had gone pee.

Even after knowing exactly where my cat uninated this product did not even faintly illuminate the stain. I can't understand the other reviewers of this item giving this product anything but a big zero. I sent it back promptly for a refund. I hate a ripoff. I would have given it a minus 5 if that had been possible. I irks me even to give it one star
