Product Description: Mercy Thompson's life is not exactly normal. Her next-door neighbor is a werewolf. Her former boss is a gremlin. And she's fixing a VW bus for a vampire. But then, Mercy isn't exactly normal herself.

I really enjoyed reading this book!!! I do feel that Mercy is a little ruff around the edges sometimes and not approachable. I mean, I wouldn't approach her for anything. But, I still like her!! Her power and determination makes her a great heroin. Get this book!!

This series is so good. I've heard people compare it to the Anita Blake series, but that doesn't work really. They are seriously different books. Other than having female leads, thats about it. Anita Blake borderlines frightening with her serious attitude. Mercy is more on the level of normal emotions. Well minus that whole coyote thing. Seriously good series, would recommend it to anyone!
